Cornell Pump is pleased to congratulate our distributor, Detroit Pump, on getting an article published in the February 2019 Cover Series of Pumps&Systems magazine. The article “Is Basic Data Enough When Selecting the Right Pump?”, explores common pitfalls in choosing equipment for specialty applications.
As part of the Series Selecting the Right Pump, the article discusses pumping things as diverse as milk, Chinese hamster ovaries, and sewage, and offers suggestions to consider in making the selection the best possible for the application.
Detroit Pump’s Frank Hinlopen, Gary Maley, and Scott Morrell wrote the feature. Together they have more than 80 years in the fluid-handling industry. And, the article features Cornell solid handling pumps as a photo illustration!
