Nick Ivers Named International Sales Manager for Cornell Pump

Nick Ivers named International Sales Manager for Cornell Pump: Brings agricultural, oil, construction, and industrial pump experience, language ability, and international background to the position

Clackamas, Oregon – February 1, 2020 – Cornell Pump is pleased to announce Nick Ivers has been appointed as the International Sales manager, with responsibilities for all product lines, including agricultural, industrial, mining, municipal, parts, and rental in Europe and Latin America.
Ivers joined Cornell Pump in 2018, as the Southwest Agricultural Regional manager. His previous responsibilities included irrigation, farm dewatering, and manure in California, the desert Southwest, and the Mountain West.

Ivers has more than seven years of experience in the pump industry, selling into the construction, agricultural, mining, and municipal markets. He has worked in business development, regional sales management, inside sales, and original equipment manufacturing. Ivers has spent 12 years living overseas and has a strong understanding of the cultural and commercial differences that can impact sales and support in different markets. Fluent in French, Ivers also has a working knowledge of Arabic.

Ivers takes on his new responsibility at Cornell, as the company remains an industry-leading manufacturer of end suction centrifugal pumps. He will support the continued roll-out of Cornell’s new agricultural series, Cyclone® Vertical Turbines, along with our pump telemetric system, Cornell Co-Pilot, NSF certified pumps, Waste Warrior cutter series, and many other new innovative products.

“Nick has proven a hard-working and productive member to the sales team,” said Marcus Davi, Cornell Pump Vice President of Sales. “His demonstrated track record, strong pump knowledge, technical skills, problem-solving abilities, plus his language and in-country experience will help our customers, and ultimately Cornell, succeed. Nick is up to the new challenges of the International Sales manager position and will make an immediate impact in our most diverse territory. I’m happy for Nick, and through his and others’ efforts, feel we will continue to have great success internationally.”
